POOL TABLES: LIFETIME WARRANTY
The manufacturer's lifetime warranty guarantees the components of your Pool Table to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own the product, as follows:

  • Table, Cabinet, Legs, Interior Bracing and Hardwood Rails: Warranted against splitting, cracking, or warping.
  • Hardwood Rails and Cushions: Warranted against separation, dry rot or hardening

Great Gatherings will provide parts required to repair or, at Great Gathering's sole option, replace any of the above components covered by this warranty, found, in the sole reasonable judgment of Great Gatherings, to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.

EXCLUSIONS: Great gathering's responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following:

  • Subsequent purchasers: This warranty extends to the original purchase only.
  • Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal playing conditions, accidental damage, or improper installation by someone other than Great Gatherings or its authorized installer.
  • Repair or replacement of the bed cloth, table pockets, playing accessories.
  • Pool table leveling or slate separation.
  • Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement.
  • Replacement of entire Pool Table. This warranty extends only to repair or replacement of covered components proved to be defective in material or workmanship.

THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you and Great Gatherings of the Warranty Coverage for your Pool Table. Great Gatherings makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document; nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your Pool Table. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.


HOME BAR AND GAME ROOM FURNITURE: 1 YEAR WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year. Without charge to the consumer, repair or replace any product or component or part thereof that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within one year after the date of purchase. At its option, the manufacturer may replace the product. The manufacturer does not warrant its products against damage caused by third parties. This warranty does not cover paint or wood scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear.

EXCLUSIONS: Great Gathering’s responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following:

  • Subsequent purchasers: This warranty extends to the original purchase only.
  • Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal usage conditions, accidental damage, or improper installation by someone other than Great Gatherings or its authorized installer.
  • Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement.

THIS GAME ROOM FURNITURE WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you and Great Gatherings of the Warranty Coverage for your game room furniture. Great Gatherings makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document; nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your game room furniture. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights that may vary from state to state.


AGIO Classic

The item(s) you have purchased are warranted as outlined below:

Frames. Frame construction is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for seven years from purchase date. Damage to frames or welds resulting from improper assembly or exposure to water and/or sub-freezing temperatures is not covered.

Finishes. Paint finishes are warranted against peeling, cracking and blistering for one year from purchase date provided the item has not been scratched or abraded. Chips and scratches or fading resulting from normal wear and tear and exposure to the elements are not covered.

Fabrics. Fabric and cushions (if applicable) are warranted against separation at the seams for one year from purchase date. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, oils, spills, fluids, chemicals, water damage or any other cause are not covered.

Straps and/or wicker. Straps and/or wicker weave (if applicable) are warranted against separation and tearing for one year from purchase date. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, oils, spills, fluids, chemicals, or any other cause are not covered.

Umbrellas. Umbrellas (if applicable) are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from purchase date. Umbrella bases (if applicable) are not covered under any circumstance.

Stone Table tops. If a stone or marble top develops structural defects due to materials and/or workmanship during the first year from date of purchase we will replace the table top at our option. If the original table top is not available or has been discontinued the manufacturer will replace it with one of similar style and quality of our choice. Fading, chipping or pitting can occur in natural stone surfaces and these conditions are not covered.

Glass. Glass tops not covered against breakage. Also excluded from warranty coverage are all glass accessories.

What Will Be Done Should I Need to File a Warranty Claim?

Should any item fail to be as warranted, at the manufacturer discretion they will replace it or provide replacement parts, subject to the terms set forth herein. If the manufacturer decides to replace a discontinued item, they will substitute an item of their choice that is of similar style and quality.

How Do I Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain warranty service, you must contact our customer service center within the relevant warranty period and provide us with a copy of your dated register receipt as proof of the purchase date. The manufacturer reserves the right to request photographs and/or return of the defective item(s) and/or such other evidence relating to any claim deemed necessary under the circumstances. Warranty claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. If you purchased the product through a dotcom retailer and receive a damaged item please contact the retailer to report shipping damage. What are the Limitations and Exclusions of this Warranty?

Warranty Limitations: This warranty is subject to the limitations set forth above. In addition, this warranty is made to the original purchaser only, and is effective only if items are purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty is not transferable. For warranty replacements based on warranty claims submitted within one year of purchase, the manufacturer will pay shipping and handling charges within continental North America. After the first year, shipping and handling charges are your responsibility. The manufacturer will not be responsible for charges associated with shipments outside continental North America at any time or for any reason.

THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN AND RELATES TO PRODUCT SOLD TO YOUR RETAILER BY AGIO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY, LIMITED; DIMENSION INDUSTRIES COMPANY, LTD; OR WOVEN DESIGN COMPANY, LTD.. IT MAY ALSO RELATE TO PRODUCTS OTHERWISE SOLD UNDER THE AGIO BRAND. WARRANTY SERVICES ARE ADMINISTERED BY POINT OF IMPACT, INC., AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, WHICH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS, SET FORTH HEREIN.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty is subject to the exclusions set forth above. In addition, the following are excluded from coverage under this warranty: any item used for commercial, contract or any other non-residential purpose; clearance items, display models or items purchased “as is”; freight damage; items subject to misuse, abuse, neglect or lack of proper care or maintenance (including without limitation as provided in any “care and maintenance guide” or similar information we provide); normal wear and tear; damage caused by acts of nature, acts of force majeure, vandalism, fire or other casualty, or improper assembly; hardware against corrosion or rusting; purchased or replacement parts; and all plastic parts. Also excluded are loss of use or time; inconvenience; money; travel; packaging; or incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind. Replacement of defective items OR PARTS as provided herein, or pro rated refund of your purchase price, at our sole discretion, shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy for items which are not as warranted. In no event shall our responsibility exceed the purchase price of the item found to be other than as warranted. This warranty is the exclusive statement of your rights with respect

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.


GENSUN CASUAL FURNITURE-

RESIDENTIAL 15 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Most of our competitors offer a 5-year residential warranty. At Gensun, we have enough confidence in the quality of our furniture to offer a 15-year residential warranty on the structure of our furniture. This allows our customers to purchase Gensun furniture with the confidence that it will last for more than a decade of everyday use.

Product Coverage

Gensun warrants to the original purchaser that the furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship. The furniture frame warranty lasts for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase. The furniture powder coat finish warranty lasts for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

Please note and understand that hand-applied finishes are unique, therefore fading and wearing of these finishes are not covered in this warranty. The fabrics, cushionfill materials, stone tabletops, and other furniture accessories and parts warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase date. Wicker products are warranted against manufacturer’s defect for (3) years from original purchase date.

Gensun will pay the freight/shipping costs of replaced product in North America for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Coverage Details

If the furniture frame fails structurally or if the finish cracks, peels or blisters Gensun will, at its option, repair or replace the frame or part in the original style and finish whenever possible. However, if the original style or finish is no longer available Gensun will substitute product of equal value in a similar style and/or finish.

What Is Not Covered

The Gensun warranty does not cover and is void if damage occurs from shipping, improper handling, unreasonable or abusive use, acts of nature or God, normal wear and tear, fading of the frame finish, fading of vinyl and stone, pitting or chipping, harsh cleaning solutions, sun screen and tanning lotions, freezing, mildew/mold, staining, wind, rain, sun, hail or snow, table top breakage, zippers, chair and table glide wear, fabric/wicker stretching and fading, over tightening of hardware, and failure to provide responsible care and maintenance for the product (especially at indoor pool and seaside use).

Claim Procedure

The warranty claim must be made by the original purchaser through the authorized retailer of record. The product or pictures must be provided, if requested, to Gensun or its’ authorized representative. Proof of purchase and return goods authorization are necessary.

Care & Maintenance

Please refer to the Care & Maintenance information for proper guidelines regarding all Gensun products. Failure to follow these guidelines can void the warranty.

Gensun is not responsible for any other costs; consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defect in the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights granted by your state of residence.

CAST CLASSICS CASUAL FURNITURE

Frames

The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser through the selling dealer, under normal use and proper care, that frames will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years for residential use and three (3) years for commercial use.

All warranties begin from the initial date of delivery on the ORIGINAL purchase.

If your furniture structurally fails within its warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the frame without charge to the original purchaser; parts and labor included.

Finishes, Vinyl (Wicker) Weaves, Fabrics & Umbrellas

The manufacturer warrants the powder coat finish, including peeling or blistering, for three (3) years from the initial date of delivery on the ORIGINAL purchase.

Due to the unique nature of hand applied finishes, fading and wearing of hand-applied finishes is not included in this warranty. The warranty on vinyl (wicker) weave is two (2) years, and the warranty on cushions, sling fabrics and umbrella frames is one (1) year. All warranties begin from the initial date of delivery on the ORIGINAL purchase.

Terms

The manufacturer does not warrant against acts of nature, normal wear and tear, chipping, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, abuse, freeze damage, glass breakage, wind damage, or failure to take reasonable care of the furniture. Warranty is void if furniture is stored upside down when temperatures are at or below freezing.

The manufacturer will pay the freight (to/from the factory, warehouse, or local repair/refinish companies) for items claimed within twelve (12) months from the initial date of delivery to the consumer on the ORIGINAL purchase; or dealer if the item has not yet been sold. (Coverage of shipping charges is only applicable in the Continental United States and Canada). The manufacturer will not be liable for shipping charges (to/from the factory, warehouse, or local repair/refinish companies) for items claimed after this period. The manufacturer will not be responsible for packaging charges on any claim, regardless of timing.

All pieces, including broken parts separated from the frames, must be included with returned items in order to receive credit, repair or replacement.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make minor design changes, modifications and discontinue finish colors, fabrics or styles without prior notice.

All furniture is hand painted, and therefore no two pieces are exactly alike. Each piece has its own charm and identity. Therefore the manufacturer cannot guarantee exact matches in finish from piece to piece.

Warranty claims must be initiated and processed through the selling dealer. Proof of purchase and photographs of any damage are required. In order for a warranty claim to be reviewed, a warranty claim form must be filled out completely by the dealer and accompanied by the customer’s original purchase receipt along with the appropriate photograph(s). If you have moved, or your selling dealer is not available, a warranty request form can be obtained by sending an email to warranty@castclassics.com, or by faxing 201-896-1539.

This warranty is void if any repair or alteration is made to the furniture.


GLOSTER WARRANTY STATEMENT

Gloster Furniture, Inc. is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of quality outdoor furniture with more than 50 years of manufacturing experience. Gloster uses only the finest quality materials and hand finishes each piece to ensure trouble free use, even in the harshest conditions.

RESIDENTIAL

For residential use, Gloster Furniture, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that their teak, aluminum, stainless steel frames and ceramic and granite table tops are free from defective materials and workmanship under its intended reasonable use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Gloster offers no express or implied warranty on stained finishes. Woven products are warranted for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Cushions, sling, parasols and glass are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Original purchase transaction receipt/record clearly displaying purchase date is required to activate all warranty claims. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear is not covered by this warranty. Small cracks, which may appear in the end-grain of teak when exposed to the elements, are considered entirely natural for teak outdoor furniture and are not covered by this warranty. All claims must be submitted through the original reseller of purchase. Please refer to Gloster Furniture, Inc. return policy for procedures if you believe an item has a manufacturer defect.

COMMERCIAL

For commercial use, Gloster Furniture, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that their teak, aluminum and stainless steel frames, tabletops and woven products are free from defective materials and workmanship under its intended reasonable use for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Cushions, sling, and glass are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Gloster furniture will at their discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear is not covered by this warranty. Small cracks, which may appear in the end-grain of teak when exposed to the elements, are considered entirely natural for teak outdoor furniture and are not covered by this warranty. Gloster parasols and all of their components are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year. Gloster will, at Gloster’s discretion, repair or replace the parasol or parasol part free of charge. While Gloster parasols are stringently tested against the forces of nature, only products that are properly secured to an appropriate base can be warranted. Gloster parasols are not warranted against damaged caused by contact with the ground or foreign objects in association with severe acts of nature, sudden winds or improper operation or maintenance of the parasol. Gloster does not recommend using the parasol in wind conditions that exceed 25 miles per hour.


Lloyd Flanders Warranty

Since 1983, Lloyd Flanders® has created a reputation for excellent product and customer satisfaction. Lloyd Flanders® Casual Furniture is available through the finest specialty and furniture retailers across the nation. We will work through our retail partners to assure you, the consumer, the highest level of customer satisfaction and support. Our warranty is extended through our retail partners. This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials of your Lloyd Flanders® product for the original owner.

  • Frames and finishes are warranted for a period of three years.
  • Fabric and cushions are warranted for a period of a year.
  • All warranty coverage begins with the original retail purchase date.

Proper maintenance of your product is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to the owner’s annual inspection of the frames and touch-up of any minor damage of the product. This warranty is voided in the event that there are indications of abuse or neglect to the furniture. For service under this warranty contact your Lloyd Flanders® Retailer from which you purchased the product. Your retailer will require the proof of purchase receipt including the date of purchase. They will also request that you provide photographs of the product to submit to Lloyd Flanders®. Lloyd Flanders® will review your warranty claim and determine the most appropriate corrective action. Lloyd Flanders® will repair or replace any part of the product or the entire product at our sole discretion if it is determined that the product is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be at no charge to you. Freight to and from the factory will be paid by Lloyd Flanders®. A representative from Lloyd Flanders® may visit to inspect the defective product as part of the review process. This warranty applies only to residential use of the Lloyd Flanders® products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. All other warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. This warranty is effective on product purchased at retail after September 1, 2010.
